The team was highly communicative from the very start. Due to unforeseen electrical issues completely out of our host’s control, our reservation needed to be cancelled, and The team was amazing. Not only did they promptly ensure we were refunded immediately, but they also went through the effort of searching for similar Airbnbs for us to stay in. The place itself was very nice, clean, well-located, and exactly as described. But what really stood out was the level of service. Patrick and Monica were exceptionally responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. That made all the difference. Would definitely stay again.
