Madestays was highly communicative from the very start. Due to unforeseen electrical issues completely out of our host’s control, our reservation needed to be cancelled, and Madestays was amazing. Not only did they promptly ensure we were refunded immediately, but they also went through the effort of searching for similar Airbnbs for us to stay in. I sincerely appreciate Madestays commitment to hospitality and will absolutely stay here the next time we’re in London!
