The location was excellent. 1 minute walk to Underground station and 2 minute walk to Tower of London. The accommodations were as described and matched photos. Very comfortable and convenient. Friendly staff at the front desk. nestled between 4 hotels, which offers plenty of access to taxis, food, and concierge 😁. Short walking distance to grocery stores, Starbucks, and other convenient spots! Madestays was very responsive and informative. although we didn't need to reach out much as they made everything clear from the start.
